Are your products real/natural?
YES! Our
all products are natural/real. 24kt gold , silver,
copper transformed on them.
How
fragile are the products?
All our
products go through a complete preservation process
including layers of metals. These products are also
made strong by the process so it is not too fragile
to touch or hold. Be aware though, they are still
fragile and if dropped they can break.
How
soon will my order be shipped?
As soon
we receive the payment we make sure the shipment is
sent the same day.
Can I
phone or fax my order?
Yes, we
accept orders by fax, online, email.
Which
credit cards / debit cards do you accept?
We accept
all credit cards and debit cards.
Is my
credit card number / bank a / c. number secure?
Your
Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL
protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by
SSL encryption capable of processing Credit Card
transactions insuring that the information is

I feel sure that you have correctly registered the
order placed?
After you

the mode of delivery?
Delivery
of orders is by renowned courier service / EMS or
normal air cargo. Its optional depends on the buyer.

I know that my gift has been dispatched?
Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you
after your gift has been dispatched.

How do
I check the current status of my orders?
You can review
the status and other information of all your orders,
whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed
with Natural Flora. We will send you the link of the
page to check the status online of your pending
orders. This will take you to your history page,
where you can click on the link to your order number
link to view the status of all orders that have /
have not yet been delivered. To view the status of a
specific order, click on the Order Number.
My
order is shown to be in ' Processing' state. What
does it mean?
Your order
passes through following states before it finally
enters the 'Dispatched' state:
a) Processing:
This is the default status for your order and it
comes as soon as order is placed.
b) Processed:
Your order/payment has been approved by our payment
gateway or received via bank transfer. We are ready
with the product and the order will be executed as
per your specifications.
c) Dispatched:
Your order has been successfully dispatched from our
end; or
d) Cancelled:
Your order could not be approved by our payment
gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the
goods due to some constraints.
